About the
Conference

This year's theme: "Reset. Reform. Rise: Creating the Real Estate Sector We Want", reflects the urgent need to address long-standing regulatory, financing, governance and institutional barriers that continue to limit the growth, efficiency, and predictability of development in Kenya.

The 2025 KPDA Annual Conference will bring together key decision-makers across development, banking, investment, legal, urban planning and public policy. The program is designed to confront the most critical issues facing the sector today, including opaque permitting and development control systems, civic pushback and legal bottlenecks, the financing gap for mid-sized developers, and the need to institutionalize governance and asset management practices within the industry.
